Vendor Confirmations
We reach out to every booked vendor 1–2 weeks out to confirm arrival times, logistics, and every last detail.
Ceremony Management
We cue the wedding party, coordinate with your officiant, and make sure your ceremony unfolds exactly as you envisioned.
Reception Management
Toasts, first dance, cake cutting, grand exit — we signal every moment and keep the energy flowing all night long.
